Teacher Style Box values your feedback!

When writing your review, please consider the following guidelines:

  • Focus on the product and your individual experience using it
  • Provide details about why you liked or disliked a product
  • All submitted reviews are subject to the terms set forth in our Terms of Use

We reserve the right not to post your review if it contains any of the following types of content or violates other guidelines:

  • Obscenities, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
  • Advertisements, “spam” content, or references to other products, offers, or websites
  • Email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses or other forms of contact information
  • Critical or spiteful comments on other reviews posted on the page or their authors

In addition, if you wish to share feedback with us about product selection, pricing, ordering, delivery or other customer service issues, please do not submit this feedback through a product review. Instead, contact us directly.

  • keep your review focused on the product
  • avoid writing about customer service; contact us instead if you have issues requiring immediate attention
  • refrain from mentioning other brands
  • make sure that any statements made here represent your current, honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences
  • if you have a relationship or affiliation to the company, or if you received something of value from the company in exchange for your review, make sure that it is disclosed in your review
  • do not include any personally identifiable information, such as full names

Media Guidelines

We want to publish your content, so please:

  • upload a photograph or video featuring the item that you are reviewing shown
  • ensure that no one other than you is in the photo
  • confirm that you are 18+, own all rights to any materials posted, and agree to grant us a perpetual, royalty free license to use the materials for any purpose (including for advertising)
  • confirm that use of any materials you post do not violate the rights of any third party
  • confirm that we may use your image, likeness, persona, name and/or social media handle
  • confirm that any photographs posted are at least 533 pixels in width and height

By submitting any content to Teacher Style Box, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto;
  • all "moral rights" that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you;
  • all content that you post is accurate;
  • you are at least 18 years old;
  • use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content:

  • that is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
  • that infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
  • that violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
  • that is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, hateful; racially, ethnically, religiously or gender biased or offensive; or unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation;
  • for which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party;
  • that includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers;
  • that contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

You agree to indemnify and hold Teacher Style Box, Inc. (and its parent, affliliates and subsidiaries and their respective officers, directors, agents, joint ventures, employees and third-party service providers, including but not limited to Bazaarvoice, Inc.), harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

For any content that you submit, you grant Teacher Style Box, Inc. a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without attribution or compensation to you.

You agree that your comments and ratings may be used for marketing purposes by Teacher Style Box and that all content that you submit may be used at Teacher Style Boxs sole discretion. Teacher Style Box reserves the right to change, condense or delete any content on Teacher Style Box's website that Teacher Style Box deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms of Use. Teacher Style Box does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Teacher Style Box to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings and written comments are generally posted within two to four business days. However, Teacher Style Box reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Teacher Style Box, are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Teacher Style Box, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.

By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that Teacher Style Box and its third party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and for other administrative purposes.
